Evan is home-grown in the South Bay. He grew up in his family’s Greek Restaurant in San Pedro, CA and worked in the family business for 15 years. He learned principals of customer service and the value of meeting the needs of each person that came into dine at Papadakis Taverna.

Applying his passion to serve people, Evan entered the Masters of Social Work program at the University of Southern California; where he learned the techniques and methods required to serve various populations dealing with mental and emotional health issues. Since then, Evan has worked in various settings, ranging from the Redondo Beach School District to the VA, working with populations of all different demographics and socio-economic backgrounds. 


In the Redondo Beach Unified School District Evan worked on various campuses interacting with youth as he facilitated emotional support for those that were struggling socially and academically. From there, Evan was a social worker with the Beach Cities Health District; assisting older and disabled adults with health concerns, conducting home visits in the beach cities to ensure safety and emotional wellbeing. At the Veterans Administration Evan was a case manager for homeless Veterans, facilitating their transitions from homelessness into permanent housing.


While Evan gained experience assisting individuals cope with various issues; anxiety, depression, substance abuse, family dynamic issues, his passion to help people live to their fullest potential grew. In 2014, Evan made the decision to move into private practice therapy.


For the past 3 years Evan has been helping individuals, couples, and families through difficult transitions while working to meet their changing needs. Evan has found his true passion in life, helping his clients achieve balance and wellness in the face of adversity.
